Chronicles of Google and SEO Process | Mohamed Basith SEO

                                  what is google

Google! Google! Google! the term we hear everywhere and every single day.
Google is considered a master search engine and also it is the most used search engine in the 21st century. Google was founded in 4th September 1998 by Larry Page and Sergey Brin.
Google started the journey from a project to the most used search engine and the legacy still goes on.

Now you may be wondering how does it work? whats is the chronicles of Google? right!
Here you go,  Google crawls the websites and works as a librarian it saves the data into the database according to the category in which they belong and provides it to the users.

At the initial stage, they faced a big threat they were not able to provide sufficient data to the users. In 2001 Google got viral in between the people, world trade center was crashed down by Osama-bin Ladan and it was the hot news at that time. People who searched for the incident in Google were not able to find the relevant data and it became a hot topic for discussion. Google came to the conclusion that it happened because they were not able to Crawl the web site. As a solution, Google published its first Guide for the webmaster named " SEO starter Guide " to educate webmasters.

Chronicles of Google

                               chronicles of Google

The search engine was content specific there for Google Displays the page with the most repeated keyword so the webmasters started doing keyword stuffing. Afterwise Google changed its algorithm to link specific then webmaster started to sell and buy the backlinks so this created a threat to Google. Then they came up with a little update in algorithm and they introduced a quality link algorithm still there was some issue, pages with High page rank started to sell backlink for a high price to stop that Google introduces juice pass. Juice Pass works in a way that equity passed through the link.  The page is Ranked out of 10 it is given based on a backlink and other 200 obstacles which still unknown. To stop passing the equity they came up with a new method called " no follow link ".

Adwords was launched in 2010 which consists of 350 advertisers. Google Ads is an advertising platform where advertisers pay to display advertisement this was a major stepping stone in the chronicles of Google. Later google introduced Google Adsense in 2003. Using Adsense webmasters can convert their traffic into money by providing some space on website for Google. Google was afraid to do the algorithm updations because a change in algorithm will affect the traffic to the website and it will affect Google also, By 2008 Google has acquired many major companies and started the Gmail and youtube the legacy still goes on.
Gmail is a web-based email service where users can send and receive emails. In 2003 Google has invented Android which is the most used operating system and it was the start of the revolution.

In the Chronicles of Google, they have come up with major core updates in 2009 which was mainly focused on the personalized search result. Every activity done by the user is recorded Google database later the same is used to help the user to provide results personalized. Later it was updated to Google suggest where the users will get the suggestion that is related to the search keyword. Google started Datacenter and started to collect the data using cookies for making the result personalized and to make the content relevant. The bounce rate was a major factor that affects the ranking on google. The bounce rate is the percentage of visitors navigate away instantly from the web page. If 100 people came to the web page and 80 people left the site without spending time then the bounce rate will be 80 %.
